Email & Other Communications including ‘Crowdfunding’ and ‘Subscribing’:
Emails – We accept emails on an almost daily basis.  These are acted upon and deleted in due course following satisfactory resolution/response to the original message.  Animal Lifeline does NOT PASS EMAIL ADDRESSES OR NAMES to any other party.

Contact Form – Our site contact form is, in effect, an email and received and responded to as such.  Thus the same applies as above.

Crowdfunding Pages – From time to time Animal Lifeline promotes various crowfunding campaigns to raise funds for the maintenance and operation of the charity and its kennels.  All such campaigns are created on-house by Animal Lifeline’s Online Admin team – campaigns cannot be placed by any other party on the Animal Lifeline website.  Supporters of any published crowdfunding campaign will in making any sponsored donation only be required to provide their first and main name, their email address and the sum they intend to donate.  These are maintained within our secure database and can be removed upon the request of the person/donation in question.  Simply email heading email ‘REMOVE DATA”.

Subscribing – A facility exists in the form of a clickable panel – “Get our News & Emails: Click to Subscribe” – shown on most pages of this site.  The subscribing process calls for the first and main names of the applicant along with their email address. NO other infomation is sought.  Names and email addresses are held in a protected database.  Those applying for a subscription will follow this process:

1.  Enter their details at the relative site page and submit

2.  Await confirmation email with link to positively register in the database by clicking the ‘confirm’ link in the email.

3. Animal Lifeline will follow that confirmation email with a further one to you thanking you for subscribing.

Unsubcribing – All emails/notifications of the latest newsletter will come to you from our ‘subscribed database’.  All such communications include a link to ‘unsubscribe’ from that database.  In the event you have no such link available to you (emails deleted perhaps) you can contact our Online Administration using the form here to request manual removal. You will receive an email confirming that has been done as soon as possble after receipt of your request.

Requests for Details of Personal Data – As already stated Animal Lifeline ONLY HOLD names and email addresses of those ‘subscribing’ as explained above.  Email us if you have any queries.
